What the app does
AI Architecture Plan helps you refine, furnish, rethink and visualise floor plans. Projects are stored locally. AI generation sends selected images and instructions directly to OpenAI, using your own API key and after your consent. The developer does not operate a generation backend.
On your device
The app stores your source images, generated results, project settings and preferences in its local container. Your OpenAI API key is stored in the device Keychain with device-only protection. It is not included in project exports. The app has no project-sync service; device or operating-system backups may include local app files according to your settings.
Data sent to OpenAI
Generating sends the selected image, your instructions, relevant tool settings and your API credential over HTTPS to api.openai.com. Text descriptions may also be sent to OpenAI's moderation endpoint. A key check requests the models endpoint. OpenAI receives normal network and authentication information needed to provide its service. The developer does not receive these API requests.
OpenAI processes these requests under your account and its applicable policies. API data is not used for training by default, but account settings and service/security retention rules apply. We do not promise zero retention. See OpenAI's API data controls. Deleting a local project does not itself delete data already processed by OpenAI.
Your choices
You can decline AI data sharing and use the offline Learn library. Choose only images you intend to send and avoid unnecessary personal or confidential details. Delete individual projects or use Settings → Delete all projects & images to remove local project data. Remove the API key in Settings when it is no longer needed. Deleting the app removes its local container; Keychain items may survive app removal, so remove the key explicitly or revoke it in your OpenAI account.
Photos, camera and files
The app uses the images or files you select. Camera access is requested when you take a picture; saving to Photos may request add-only access. PDF import uses the first page. The app does not upload your entire photo library.
Advertising and analytics
The app has no advertising SDK, tracking SDK, developer analytics service or developer crash-reporting service. It does not request location or contacts. OpenAI's handling of API traffic is separate from local storage.
Support and external links
If you email support, your email address and the information you send are used to respond to your request and are handled by the email provider. Do not include your API key. External reference links open services governed by their own policies.
Children and changes
The app is not directed at children. Use of OpenAI requires meeting its account eligibility requirements. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date. Contact oanarinaldi@gmail.com with questions.
