A LITTLE HELP
How can we help?
Contact oanaunciuleanu@gmail.com with your app version and a description of the problem. Please avoid sending private prayer text or payment details.
Reading and languages
Reading and Bible search are free and work offline. Use Go to passage to select book, chapter and verse, or search a reference such as John 3:16. Choose your app language and Bible edition independently in Settings. Geography does not restrict the reading language. Unsupported app languages fall back to English. Choose from 45 freely reusable editions. English WEB (66 books) and Romanian Biblia Liberă draft New Testament (27 books) are included. Other editions download once for offline use. Each edition displays its coverage, draft status and original license. Greek includes the historical Vamvas 1850 Bible and a Koine New Testament. Slovenian includes the 1882 New Testament and Psalms; Catalan includes the historical Prat 1836 New Testament with source omissions preserved. Bulgarian uses English scripture until a reusable text is verified. Scripture is never translated by AI.
Premium
Premium adds comparison of published translations, AI explanations and questions (up to 60 responses daily, resetting at 00:00 UTC), saved passages, highlights, private notes, personal prayers, calendar completion, prayer reminders and the timer. No personal API key is required. Subscription prices and periods appear in Apple's purchase sheet. Use Settings → Restore purchases with the same Apple Account, or redeem an Apple offer code in Settings. Cancel in Apple Account → Subscriptions. Your saved journal remains readable and exportable after Premium expires.
Complimentary access
If the developer has assigned complimentary Premium to your Apple Account, open Settings → Complimentary access and continue with Apple. No name, email or new app account is required. Access remains Premium without a subscription and can be restored on another device with the same Apple Account. If access is not yet assigned, the page shows an Access ID that you can share with support. Complimentary access does not cancel an existing Apple subscription.
AI won't respond
Check your connection, active subscription and consent to Cloudflare/OpenAI processing. Restore purchases if needed. An unsuccessful AI generation does not count against the daily limit. Answers are AI interpretations and may be wrong; verify them against scripture and trusted sources.
Prayer reminders
Enable reminders and notification permission. Check Focus and notification settings if alerts do not appear. Times use your device's local time zone. One-time reminders must be in the future. Up to 30 reminders are supported. The devotional calendar is a personal prayer plan, not an official church calendar.
Maps and image credits
Premium includes the biblical atlas. Open Bible map on the Bible page or use Artwork & map beside a verse. Geographic pins are proposed or representative points; see source links for uncertainty.
Artwork uses a separately purchased one-time pack of 20 image credits. One successful image uses one credit. Credits do not expire and remain usable after Premium ends. Failed requests return their credit. If purchase delivery is interrupted, choose Restore purchases before buying again. Keep the app open during generation. Your private gallery supports saving, sharing and deleting images; deleting successful artwork does not refund its credit. Restore on another device with the same Apple Account. If a wallet cannot be located, contact support with an Apple transaction reference, never your password.
Your journal
Use Settings → Export my journal to keep a copy before removing the app. Data is saved on your device; there is no account-based cloud sync. Delete local data in Settings to remove saved passages, prayers, notes and reminders. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
Content sources
Included scripture is public domain: World English Bible and Biblia Liberă. Additional Bible texts retain their individual public-domain or Creative Commons licenses, with full publisher notices and source links in Settings → Sources & content rights. Biblical prayers use your selected published edition when the complete prayer is available; otherwise they show the complete English prayer with a notice. The prayer library includes public-domain historical Orthodox, Catholic and Protestant prayers, biblical prayers and clearly labeled original compositions. Each historical prayer shows its source and text language. The calendar selects a sourced prayer for each day; it does not claim to follow an official liturgical calendar. Searchable thematic reading plans use passages from the included Bible editions. Decorative typography: UnifrakturMaguntia, SIL Open Font License.
Prayers, saints and feasts
The prayer language can follow the interface or be chosen independently. Native traditional collections and verbatim biblical prayers appear in that language; English historical prayers are optional. No unverified prayer is presented as a traditional text. The daily calendar uses the selected prayer language and explicitly reports when a verified collection is unavailable. The saints calendar includes selected Orthodox New Calendar commemorations for 366 dates, localized in 45 languages with source links and CC BY-SA attribution. Feasts of the year provides 34 Orthodox/Western feast definitions and calculates Easter/Pascha for each selected year. These are traditional dates, not country-specific official liturgical schedules. The separate saints Home Screen widget is available alongside the English passage widget. Explain, Note, Save and Mark tools also work on prayers and saint entries with Premium.
