Privacy Policy for Bird Apple Chase

1. About the game
Bird Apple Chase is developed by Oana Rinaldi. The original Classic game is free. Chase Club is an optional auto-renewing subscription through the App Store or Google Play that adds daily and weekly challenges, extra game modes, bird styles, orchard themes and a personal progress journal.
2. Information stored on your device
The game stores scores, run history, achievements, selected bird and theme, and sound and haptic preferences locally on your device. This information is not sent to us. No account, advertising, analytics, tracking, location, camera or microphone access is required. Existing Classic scores remain available in the original game.
3. Optional store purchases
Apple processes subscription payments and purchase restoration through the App Store. The app uses StoreKit to verify signed purchase transactions and determine whether Chase Club is active. We do not receive payment card information, and we do not operate a server that stores purchase or gameplay information. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled in your App Store account settings.
On Android, Google Play processes subscription payments and restores eligible purchases. The app uses Google Play Billing, verifies purchase signatures, and stores signed purchase receipts in private device storage for a limited offline access window. Google Play receives purchase and billing information under Google’s privacy policy. We do not receive card details or operate a purchase or gameplay server. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play subscription settings. Purchases are separate between the two stores and do not transfer between them.
4. Sharing and exporting your journal
If you choose Export my journal, the app creates a file containing your local game records. You choose where to send or save it using the system share sheet. The app does not automatically upload the file. If you email support, we receive the information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request.
5. Retention and your choices
Your journal remains on your device if a subscription expires. Removing the app removes its local data; device backups may retain data according to your Apple backup settings on iOS. Android automatic cloud backup and device-to-device app-data transfer are disabled. Clearing Android app data also removes local progress. You can export your journal before deleting the app. Cancelling a subscription does not delete saved gameplay records.
6. Children's privacy
The game does not request personal information from children or display advertisements. Apple and Google control purchase authorization and parental approval through their store and family settings.
7. Security and changes
Game information stays within the app's local storage. The relevant app store verifies purchases. Changes to this policy will be posted here with an updated date.
8. Terms of Use
On iOS, use of the app is subject to Apple's standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. Chase Club renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Both the monthly and yearly plans provide the same features; Classic remains free. Android use is covered by our Android Terms of Use; Google Play displays localized subscription pricing and billing periods before purchase. Android subscriptions renew unless cancelled before the current period ends.
