Overview

Choice Wheel: Lucky Pick (“the App”) is designed to protect your privacy. It is a decision wheel and random picker for iPhone. We designed the App to work without an account and without collecting your personal information.

Data We Collect

None. The App does not collect, transmit, or share any personal information. We do not operate servers for the App. We do not collect, store, or sell:

  • Name, email, or contact details (unless you email us for support)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or advertising identifiers
  • Payment information
  • Your lists, options, or spin history on our servers

The App does not use accounts, does not make network requests, does not use analytics or advertising, and does not transmit any information to us or to any third party. Because no data ever leaves your device, we have no access to your information.

In App Store Connect, the App Privacy “nutrition label” for this App is Data Not Collected.

On-Device Storage

The lists and spin history you create are stored only on your device using Apple's SwiftData. This includes:

  • Custom lists and the options you add to them
  • List names and edits you make
  • Spin history (lucky picks)

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes all of this data.

Third Parties

The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It makes no network requests. Apple provides the operating system and App Store distribution.

Children's Privacy

The App is suitable for all ages and collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. It is safe for use by children under the guidelines of the Children's Online Privacy Protection Rule (COPPA).

Data Retention and Deletion

Your lists and spin history remain on your device until you delete them in the App or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date will change when we do. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy.
