Terms of Use for GiggleBox

1. License
On Apple devices, GiggleBox is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). Android downloads and purchases are subject to the Google Play Terms of Service. You may use GiggleBox for personal entertainment on compatible devices.
2. GiggleBox Premium
The free version of GiggleBox stays free. GiggleBox Premium is offered as an auto-renewing monthly or yearly subscription, or as a one-time lifetime purchase.
- Payment is charged to the Apple ID or Google Play account used to confirm your purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically at the price displayed by your store unless canceled before renewal. For Apple subscriptions, cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period; your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- On Apple devices, manage or cancel subscriptions in Settings > your name > Subscriptions. On Android, use Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- The lifetime purchase is a one-time payment that unlocks Premium for the store account used to purchase it. Apple and Google Play purchases are separate and do not transfer between stores.
3. Content
GiggleBox jokes are provided for entertainment. All jokes, free and Premium, are original, written to be family-friendly and bundled in the app.
4. Privacy
Please see our Privacy Policy. GiggleBox collects no personal data.
5. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
