Overview

Harsh Comebacks (“the App”) is an entertainment app that serves sharp, clever, savage-but-clean comeback one-liners for iPhone, Home Screen widgets, and Apple Watch. We designed the App to work without an account and without collecting your personal information.

Data We Collect

None. Harsh Comebacks does not collect, store, or share any personal data. We do not operate servers for the App. We do not collect, store, or sell:

  • Name, email, or contact details (unless you email us for support)
  • Location data
  • Usage analytics or advertising identifiers
  • Payment information
  • Your saved comebacks or browsing activity on our servers

The App contains no analytics, no advertising, no accounts, and makes no network requests. All content and your saved comebacks stay on your device. Because no data ever leaves your device, we have no access to your information.

In App Store Connect, the App Privacy “nutrition label” for this App is Data Not Collected.

On-Device Storage

Saved comebacks and related preferences are stored only on your device using an App Group shared by the iPhone app, widgets, and Apple Watch app. This includes:

  • Comebacks you save to your collection
  • Any local preferences needed for the widget and Watch experience

This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us or any third party. Deleting the App removes all of this data.

Third Parties

The App contains no analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs. It makes no network requests. Apple provides the operating system and App Store distribution.

Children's Privacy

The App is not specifically Made for Kids. It collects no data from anyone, including children under 13. Content is intentionally kept clean — no profanity — though humor may be teasing or crude at a mild level.

Data Retention and Deletion

Your saved comebacks remain on your device until you delete them in the App (individually or all at once) or uninstall the App. Uninstalling the App removes all stored data.
