Privacy Policy for Motivational Dream

Your inspiration stays private
Motivational Dream does not require an account. We do not operate a server that receives your journal, quotes, preferences, or usage. The app contains no advertising, analytics SDKs, or tracking.
Data stored on your device
Favorite quotes and mood preferences are saved locally. Optional Dream Plus features save reflection entries, mood check-ins, personal affirmations, collections, journey progress, card palette preferences, and reminder times on your device. App and widget preferences use an on-device App Group. The Watch companion stores its own local preferences. This information is not sent to the developer. Device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings.
Subscriptions and Apple
The existing quote library, four moods, favorites, search, text sharing, widgets, and Watch app remain free. Optional Dream Plus monthly and yearly subscriptions are processed by Apple through StoreKit. Apple handles payment information, purchase history, and subscription management under its own privacy policy. The app checks Apple-verified purchase information to determine access. We do not receive payment card details. Internet access may be needed to buy, restore, or check a subscription; bundled quote content works offline.
Optional reminders
If you grant notification permission, the app schedules local affirmation notifications at the times you select. Notification text may be visible on your Lock Screen depending on your device settings. These are local notifications, not remote push messages. You can turn reminders off in the app or disable notifications in iOS Settings.
Sharing and export
Sharing quotes, quote images, or exported journal entries uses the system share sheet. Only content you choose to share is handed to the destination you select. Those apps and services apply their own privacy policies. We do not receive a copy. Copying text uses the system clipboard. Quote card images are rendered locally.
Your choices
You can delete individual reflection entries, personal affirmations, and collections. In Settings, Delete Plus personal data removes your journal, personal affirmations, collections, journey progress, palette selection and reminder settings from this device. Export my reflections remains available even after a subscription expires. You can remove all local app data by deleting the app. Deleting local data or uninstalling does not cancel an Apple subscription; use Manage subscription or your Apple Account settings.
Contact and support
If you email support, we receive the email and any information you choose to include and use it to respond to your request. Do not include private journal content unless you want to share it for support. Contact oanaunciuleanu@gmail.com.
Children and changes
The app does not knowingly collect information from children. Purchases and notification permissions are subject to Apple device settings and parental controls. Updates to this policy will be published on this page.
