Start editing

Tap Open Photo to choose a photo, or Try a Sample Photo to explore without providing a personal image. Looks previews filters on your own photo. Adjust contains light, color and detail controls. Tools contains crop, perspective and effects. Your original is never overwritten. Press and hold the canvas to compare, and use undo, redo or View Edits to revise your work.

What stays free?

All 115 original filters, the original adjustments, curves, color mixer, crop, perspective, film effects, favorites, recent edits and full-resolution JPEG, PNG and HEIF exports remain free.

What is Studio?

The optional monthly or annual Studio membership includes 24 new looks in four collections, saved reusable recipes, recipe sharing, batch editing for up to 30 photos, automatic enhancement, selective radial and linear lighting, frames and signature watermarks. Both plans have the same features. You can preview creative Studio tools before purchasing; exports using them require an active subscription. Remove Studio Edits returns to a free export.

Restore, cancel or get a refund

In Settings, choose Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account that purchased Studio. A connection is required. Manage Subscription opens Apple's subscription settings; canceling renewal retains access until the paid period ends. Deleting this app does not cancel the subscription. Refund requests are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.

Batch editing and recipes

Open a photo, make your edit, then choose Studio → Recipes to save your recipe or apply the current edit to a batch. A batch keeps each photo's proportions and applies your color settings, effects and Studio finishing. Batch JPEGs render at original resolution and omit source metadata. You can save to Photos or share the rendered copies through the system share sheet. Saved recipes live on this device; sharing exports their editing settings.

Privacy and permissions

Your photos stay on this device. Apple handles optional purchases. Saving to Photos requires add-only permission. If saving fails, check Settings → Privacy & Security → Photos and the available storage on your device. Clearing recent edits removes local sessions; it does not remove exported photos.
