1. Your winter, on your device

Snowball Spin is a single-player winter arcade game. Classic gameplay remains free. The app works without an account and contains no advertising, analytics, tracking SDKs or developer-operated backend. We do not collect or receive your gameplay or personal information.

2. Local game data

Your best score, recent run history, daily mission progress, expedition streaks, selected world, snowball style, trail and accessibility preferences are stored locally on your device using Apple's UserDefaults. Existing Classic best scores are preserved when updating from the original app. Daily expedition routes are generated on-device from the UTC date. We do not receive this data. Removing the app removes its local data, subject to any backups you maintain through Apple.

3. Optional Snowball Plus subscriptions

Snowball Plus Monthly and Snowball Plus Yearly use Apple's StoreKit in-app purchase system. Apple processes payment and supplies signed transaction and subscription status information so the app can verify access, restore purchases, and handle renewals, expiration, billing grace periods or refunds. We do not receive your payment card details, billing address or Apple Account credentials. Apple's processing is governed by Apple's privacy policy. Internet access may be required to purchase, restore or refresh subscription access. Removing the app does not cancel a subscription; manage or cancel through your Apple Account subscription settings. Classic remains free after a subscription ends.

4. Children and tracking

The app does not request personal information, track users, provide chat or display user-generated content. Purchases are subject to Apple's purchase controls, including Ask to Buy where configured. We do not knowingly collect children's personal information.

5. External links and support

Opening Privacy, Terms or subscription management uses the relevant Apple or browser service. If you choose to email support, the email service transmits the information you include to us. We use support correspondence only to answer your request. Please do not include payment card details or passwords.
