A private little universe

Solar Match 2.0 is a puzzle game for iPhone, iPad, and Android made by Oana Rinaldi. Endless play and today's daily challenge are free. Solar Plus is an optional subscription managed by the store where you installed the app. The app requires no account, contains no advertising or tracking, and does not send gameplay data to a developer server.

What stays on your device

Your saved endless board, high scores, completed challenges, recent run history, achievements and preferences are stored in the app's local storage. Existing high scores from the original game are migrated locally. The developer cannot access this information. iOS device backups may include app data according to your Apple backup settings. Solar Match excludes Android gameplay data from cloud backups and device transfers. Deleting the app removes its local data; an iOS device backup may retain a copy.

Optional subscriptions

Solar Plus Monthly and Solar Plus Yearly use Apple In-App Purchase on iOS and Google Play Billing on Android. The store processes payment and provides signed purchase information so the app can check and restore subscription access. We do not receive your payment card details, billing address, or store account password, and we do not operate a subscription account server. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.

Restore purchases from the app’s Settings. Manage or cancel subscriptions through your Apple Account or Google Play. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription. Subscriptions do not transfer between Apple and Google Play.

Challenges and generated artwork

Daily boards and weekly expedition missions are generated locally using the date and fixed game rules. No gameplay information is sent to an AI service. The app includes pre-generated cosmic background artwork; using these backgrounds does not upload your information.

No advertising or analytics

Version 2.0 does not include advertising, developer-operated gameplay analytics, tracking identifiers, third-party crash reporting, or Unity services. On Android, the Google Play Billing library can send operational diagnostics to Google about the billing integration. This does not send your game progress to the developer. Earlier iOS versions were built with Unity; this policy describes version 2.0 and later.

Support

If you email us voluntarily, we receive the address and information you provide so we can answer your request. Please avoid sending payment details or sensitive personal information. Children and choices

Gameplay does not ask for personal information from children or adults. Your app store controls purchase authorization and parental settings. You can continue using the free game without a subscription.

Terms and policy changes

Subscriptions provide access while active; free endless play remains available. Apple's standard Terms of Use (EULA) apply on iOS. Google Play Terms of Service apply on Google Play. Updates to this policy will be posted here with a revised date.
