Privacy Policy for Sudoku Hero

1. Your game stays on your device
Sudoku Hero is a single-player puzzle app. No account is required. Saved games, puzzle codes, difficulty preferences, best times, solve history, streaks, lesson progress, and appearance settings are stored locally on your device. We do not operate a game-data server, use advertising or analytics SDKs, or track you across apps or websites.
2. Optional Hero Plus subscriptions
All existing classic-game features remain free. Hero Plus is an optional monthly or yearly auto-renewable subscription for additional features. Payments, refunds, and subscription management are handled by Apple through your Apple Account. We do not receive your payment card details. The app reads Apple-verified StoreKit transactions and subscription entitlements to enable paid features. This information is processed on your device and is not sent to a developer backend. Apple's handling of billing information is governed by Apple's privacy policy.
3. Puzzle importing and sharing
Puzzle codes are checked and solved locally. If you choose to share a puzzle or result, iOS presents its share sheet and you select the destination. Only the information you choose to share is sent to that destination. The privacy practices of the selected app or service apply.
4. Your choices
You can clear solve history inside Your progress. Local app data can be removed by deleting the app; device backups may contain app data under your iOS backup settings. Deleting the app does not cancel an Apple subscription. Manage or cancel subscriptions in your Apple Account settings. Restore Purchases checks your current Apple entitlements and does not restore local game history from another device.
5. Children and security
We do not knowingly collect children's personal information. Purchases use Apple's purchase authorization and family controls where available. The app uses Apple's sandboxed storage and StoreKit transaction verification.
6. Support and external links
If you email us, we receive the information included in your email and use it to respond to your request. Opening privacy, terms, or subscription-management links connects you to the relevant website or Apple service, whose privacy practices apply.
