1. License

On iOS, AI Architecture Plan to Video is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add the details below. On Android, you may install and use the app for lawful personal or professional architectural visualization, subject to these terms and the Google Play terms applicable to your purchase. Apple’s EULA applies to the iOS version only.

2. Plans and credits

You can use the app for free with your own Google Gemini API key (Google bills that usage to your account), or with credits bought through the App Store or Google Play:

  • Monthly: auto-renewing monthly subscription, 30 credits per month.
  • Pro: auto-renewing monthly subscription, 90 credits per month.
  • 20 Credits and 45 Credits: one-time credit packs.

A result picture (such as a 3D model or a redesign) uses 1 credit; a video uses 2 (360p), 4 (720p) or 7 (1080p) credits. The app always shows the cost before you start. Monthly credits are used first, refresh at each renewal and do not roll over; pack credits do not expire. Credits have no cash value, cannot be transferred and are not family-shareable. Credits for a generation that fails or is blocked by a provider’s safety filter are returned automatically. A finished video counts as delivered; it is kept on our server for up to 30 days for your device to download. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the period in your Apple ID settings; payment is charged to your Apple ID. On Android, Google Play handles payment, auto-renewal, cancellation and refunds under its applicable terms. Manage or cancel Android subscriptions in Google Play > Payments & subscriptions > Subscriptions. The price and billing period are shown by the store before purchase; uninstalling the app or deleting its account does not cancel a subscription. Refunds are handled by the store where you purchased.

3. Your content

You must have the right to use any plan, sketch, photo or render you upload, and permission from anyone recognisable in it. You keep your rights in your uploads; you are responsible for how you use the generated images and videos. Don’t upload content that is illegal, harmful, or that infringes other people’s rights. The AI provider (Google) applies its own usage policies and filters. If you use your own API keys, you must follow the provider’s terms, including the Gemini API Additional Terms, which require users to be 18 or older.

4. AI-generated results

Result pictures and videos are generated by AI models. They are presentation concepts: they may change, simplify or invent details and are not accurate construction, planning or survey information. Results vary between runs.

5. Service availability

Generation depends on third-party services and may be slow or unavailable. Finished results are kept on our server for a limited time (see the Privacy Policy). We may change models, prices in credits or features; changes to credit costs are shown in the app before you spend credits.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the app is provided “as is”, and for iOS our liability is limited as described in Apple’s Standard EULA. Nothing in these terms removes consumer rights that cannot be excluded by applicable law.
