Terms of Use for AI Architecture Vision

1. License
AI Architecture Vision is licensed to you under Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (EULA). These terms add the details below about plans and credits.
2. Plans and credits
You can use AI Architecture Vision for free with your own OpenAI API key (OpenAI bills that usage to your own OpenAI account). Alternatively, you can generate images with credits, bought through the App Store:
- Monthly: auto-renewing monthly subscription, 30 credits per month.
- Pro Monthly: auto-renewing monthly subscription, 100 credits per month.
- 15 Credits and 50 Credits: one-time credit packs.
A Standard image uses 1 credit and a High quality image uses 3 credits. Monthly subscription credits reset at each renewal and do not carry over. Credit packs do not expire. If an image you paid for cannot be delivered, its credits are refunded to your balance. Prices are shown in the app and on the App Store in your local currency.
3. Auto-renewing subscriptions
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your device's Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
- If a free trial is offered, any unused portion of the trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription.
- Refunds are handled by Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com.
4. Accounts
No account is required. Your plan and credit balance are linked to your App Store purchases, and you can restore them in the app. You can optionally Sign in with Apple to keep your credits across devices, and you can delete that account at any time in Settings.
5. Generated images
Images are AI-generated concept images for inspiration. They are not engineered or buildable designs. Only upload photos you have the right to use, and do not use the app to create unlawful or harmful content. Requests may be refused by the AI provider's safety systems.

7. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date.
